We are members of Pet Sitters International and have obtained the certification of CPPS (Certified Professional Pet Sitter) from Pet Sitters International (PSI) This certification requires a demonstration of knowledge in pet care for multiple kinds of pets, customer service and basic pet business practices. This certification must be renewed every 3 years by obtaining 30 Continued Education Units.

This portal also provides convenience for our clients to book pet care,
view their personal service calendar, and update their billing information
and password.
Our clients are able to keep their files up-to-date electronically so nothing falls through the cracks. The scheduling software also offers a mobile application, Time to Pet, which allows our clients to keep in real-time contact with their pet sitter.
